Message I'd replace pistons in any rebuild, if at all possible. They're not that expensive for the extra protection they offer.

The VG rods are pretty beefy, but over 500 I think I'd start to consider forged pieces a must too.

I think stock turbos can do about 400 at the wheels, but that's really pushing them.

Matt

how about you man up and kill the thing? Then cut it into little pieces and scatter them on the porch as a warning to the other gummy worms not to mess with you. - Spee 00:01:50 06/03/05

"matt is in no better shape, it's clear for the last 6+ months he's been on the "suck up to vets campain". woohoo. lots of respect for that. then, he flips and startes to bash and threaten the ones he was sucking up to. the kid has such low over all confedance that one b day post wasn't enough, he had to have two and complain about the first one being nuked. and tops it off by bragging about having to go out to spend time with his girly cuz he can't bring her home to have relations. awsome!" - HaloZ
